What happens during a styling appointment?

We'll welcome you into the studio and begin by chatting about your wedding, your dress and the overall look you'd love to create.

From there, we'll carefully select veils that complement your gown, proportions and silhouette, comparing different lengths, styles and placements side by side until we find the one that feels just right.

Once your veil has been chosen, we'll complete your bridal look with jewellery and other finishing pieces that work beautifully together. If you'd like, we can also style your evening look once the veil comes off, as well as your wedding morning with our collection of bridal robes and accessories.

Every appointment is tailored to you, whether you're looking for a single veil or your complete bridal wardrobe.

I've found my wedding dress. When should I book my styling appointment?

We recommend booking your styling appointment around three months before your wedding. Many brides book as early as six months in advance to allow plenty of time for bespoke pieces to be made. If your wedding is sooner, don't worry - we've styled brides with as little as six weeks to go.

Should I bring my wedding dress?

If it's possible to bring your dress in with you this will help you visualise the complete look. However, it's not a problem if you can't bring it in with you. Our expereienced stylists are very familiar with the leading bridal designers, fabrics and silhouettes. We style many brides using photographs, videos, a fabric swatch, or your dress designer and style name.

What should I wear to my appointment?

If you're bringing your dress, simply wear whatever is comfortable to change in and out of.

If you're not bringing your dress, we recommend wearing white where possible, with a neckline similar to your gown. For example, if your dress is strapless, a simple white camisole or strapless top works perfectly.

Do you only style veils?

No. While many brides visit us for a veil, we style your complete bridal look. We can help with wedding morning robes, ceremony styling, jewellery, headpieces, shoes and finishing pieces, ensuring everything works beautifully together.

How do you decide what suits me?

We consider your dress, silhouette, proportions, hairstyle, venue and personal style. Every recommendation is chosen to complement your dress and create a balanced, cohesive bridal look.

Do you make custom veils?

Yes. Most of our veils are made to order and can be customised in length, fullness and design details to suit both you and your dress.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. You're welcome to bring up to three guests to your appointment.

Can I purchase on the day?

Yes. If you find the pieces you love, you can place your order during your appointment. Your styling appointment fee is fully credited against any purchase made on the day.

What are your lead times?

Most made-to-order veils require 6-8 weeks. If your wedding is sooner, please get in touch - we'll always recommend the best options available for your timeline.
