1. Introduction

Welcome to A Stór. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Purchasing Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed by customers in Ireland and the European Union (EU). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Order Acceptance: Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and A Stór will take place when we dispatch the products to you.
• Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days from the date of order placement. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within Ireland and the EU.

3. Availability of Products

• Stock Availability: You can check the availability of our products on our website. While we make every effort to keep our stock levels updated, certain products may occasionally become unavailable.
• Notification: If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or telephone. You will be given the option to:
  • Wait for the product to be restocked.
  • Choose a different item of the same value.
  • Cancel your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable under EU regulations.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order placement.
• Currency Conversion: If you are purchasing from outside the Eurozone, your credit/debit card company will convert the amount to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

5. Delivery

• Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Standard delivery within Ireland and the EU typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the size of the order.
• Customs and Import Duties: For orders outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Cancellations and Returns

• Order Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To cancel your order, please contact us at astor.irel@gmail.com
• Returns: If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging. You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt and send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
• Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@astor.ie. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

8. Governing Law
