Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch goods within 3 days of order placement, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. For urgent orders, please email astor.irel@gmail.com.
Occasionally, there may be issues with the availability of certain products. If an issue arrises with the availability of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible (and always within the specified delivery time) via email. You will have the option to wait for the product to be restocked, choose a different item of the same type, or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. If your card has already been charged, you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
Made to Order
All Made-To-Order products are handmade; they have an estimated delivery time of 4-12 weeks depending on the product. Please refer to the product listing for accurate delivery times.
